COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police have introduced dedicated hotline numbers for each province, allowing the public to confidentially report drug-related activities. The initiative is aimed at strengthening community involvement in the fight against drug trafficking and ensuring swift action by law enforcement authorities. According to police, only authorized senior Deputy Inspectors General (DIGs) will receive and act upon the information provided. The public is assured that all reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.
