COLOMBO (News 1st); An unusual theft has been reported from the sixth-floor auditorium of the Colombo Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) office, located on Olcott Mawatha, where electric wiring has allegedly been stolen. According to police sources, the auditorium had undergone renovations several months ago. Despite these upgrades, it has now come to light that the electric wiring has been cut and removed by unidentified individuals. The Colombo Central Division Crimes Investigation Unit has launched a probe into the incident.
